recover data after flash SE W810i |

Hi guys, yesterday I got the WSOD on my SE W810i. I had to flash the phone but doing that I lost my phonebook, does anyone know if/ how I can recover the data? i.e. what programme to use

there's no way of recovering after a flashing.
you have had to make a backup in the past.

Menu > Contacts > Options > Advanced > Restore from M.S.
