Hello a_amirfarzam, I bought 4gb M2 card to my dad yesterday and it works well in his k800. The 8gb should work but I have heard some people had problems with it on their k800. So if u want to be 100% sure it will work get a 4gb.

It should support the 8GB too, as it has the same filesystem as the 4gb one... Anyway, I have read somewhere that there is an issue with the free memory reading . It will show only 6gb (but still uses all 8gb) . It depends on firmware version you are using

I don't know about the prices of those cards, but about the phone speed, I can tell you that your phone will/should remain fast as before, though you will lose speed at the media player Tracks folder. The phone will need more time to read all the tracks. Other issues shouldn't appear.

So will a 8gb work in a K800i without flashing a K810 firmware?

Yeah it will work... You may have only a bug with the free memory indicator... It may show only 6gb free but don't worry it uses all 8 till the last byte.
