No it cant. Its hilarious how SE fanboys are always dissing nokia for this where as SE doesnt support it aswell

are there other way on how we can put sum style on our smart phones? rather than ordinary themes..  |

it's very very easy thing to do, but se doesnt give support for it.
for example, www.ownskin.com make you able to make themes with animated full screen backgrounds. it isnt supported directly by nokia. in each file yopu downloaded from ownskin.com , you get an external animator program inside theme sis files.
so its possible to coding a program to animate uiq3 background. |

are there other way on how we can put sum style on our smart phones? Have a look at BallRoom. It can display permanent animation and various information.
