I am totally pleased with the phone, and have now had it since June 9. The build quality was pretty good until I started to hear a slight clicking when I pressed the end call button. I thought it was the old "creaking" issue I have previously read about, however, when I press the button with a sharp, it doesn't make the clicking. When I press it with my finger/thumb, it clicks! Now I have begun to see the keypad faceplate beginning to separate at the bottom of the of the phone - below the "0"! I purchased it through SonyStyle and don't really want the hassle of sending it back and waiting for it to be repaired. I am outside the 30 day return window as well. Is there something I can do to get the faceplate to stay down? It would seem to be kind of difficult as the faceplate itself is jointed to the screen at the heptic keys. HELP!

Any thoughts are appreciated.

My suggestion is take the phone back. You don't want to mess with it and still end up with the problem or worse a different one only to be told it's your fault and the warranty has been voided.
