God it annoys me. The fact they created a crappy ui that isn't based on the windows look makes is look like some flash application, looks like crappy real player. I hate apps that don't settle for the windows look cause they have to be different.
Not only that, but it is soooo slow, loading up, and general navigation round the program, must be the custom ui that slows it down.
The functionality is ok, would like to see something a bit different from the bog standard services, however, the stuff they give us is satisfactory. However, would be alot better if i was using it through standard windows ui.
