yes. i've read numerous ways on the internet and none seems to match my computer settings. the one thing they all say is to "share the internet over BT" in my internet properties.
well firstly routers dont have this property, i know they connect as a LAN but ICS is not done by going through properties, its done via a second LAN cable.
secondly, my bluetooth also doesnt connect as LAN, every procedure asked to go in to bluetooth properties and check ICS from there

if you have wifi on your phone and on you pc, never try to use bt for internet -.-

I believe that there is no way to establish a direct wired connection bet router & phone.
Therefore you should follow the instructions you've found on the net and try to use the internet connection of your pc.

Maybe these screenshots can help you solve your problem. This is how I configured it. I have an ADSL router connected to my lan network card, BT management software is Widcomm.
