Why is there no flash support for the cyber-shot phones? Why have the sony ericsson people deprive these,so called best phones in the market from flash support. Is there anyway i can run swf files on my k790i? I guess the k750 too does not have the flash support.but when k750 is flashed to w series,it has got flash support. So i dont think its a matter of hardware. Its just the software.
Any programmers here who can port this fattse from the w series to the k?

After k800i SE start flash support and in other models(k770i is cyber shot and have flash support )
K750i doesnt have flash support and after flashing into w800i, only one old cid36 fw version have flash support but afaik only for flash wallpapers.
Yes our phones k800/k810/k790 can use flash themes, only problem is in firmware...
Only way to try/use flash themes, and wallpapers is to flash your k790 with w850i/w880/k770/t650 fw, i tried all fw on my k800i and every fw have some problems, big problem is our joystick and different camera modul, and no support for our xenon...

Yeah i know...k790 can be flashed only to k818 and the k800 to k810...
Either we will have to wait till someone comes up with brimmiant idea to port this feature or untill se people releases a w series of the same phone...
Or can we make a request to se or something? |

Are you sure the beloved K790 can be cross-flashed to K818 without that ugly "No Network Coverage" sign stickying up against the operator label?
Have you tried it, coz I have read of such possibility somewhere else and when I have asked that whether they have tried it or not- the answer is always a blank NO.
Also previously I had cross-flashed it to K810 firmware and what was odd was - "No Network Coverage". I found out that it is bcoz its a 3G(UMTS) network enabled phone (the K810) while the K790 Is only an edge version. K818 is one such too. So be sure and tell me if its possible. I have those K818 Main+FS+Cpack but I have never tried it.
DO YOU KNOW:
The phone with the most no of patches is:
1.W610
2.K790,W850
3.W660
4.K800
5.K810
others are way behind and K818- (0) Patches.
