memory tip works great
have some pics, 6-7 polyphonics, 6 games and 250 KO left
just don't go looking crappy images and don't try pre-installed themes / ringtones you won't use after

You can also use FLoat's Mobile Agent to store a copy of both the phone and simcard memory contacts |

you can't copy correctly to sim the structured phone book (home phone, work phone, mobile phone, email, image,...) |

The 3 kinds of phones are saved to SIM, making an entry for each of them and adding a "/H", "/W", "/M" to the end of the name.
On most of the SIMs there's a 16 char limit for that, so it means truncating the names to 14 chars.
Images of course can't be saved to SIM. They can be saved to PC, they will be included in the VCF as base64 coded data - but be careful!
If 3 numbers aren't enough for a contact therefore you made another entry and also assigned the picture to it, although it is the same picture, saving the phonebook will duplicate them, saving the picture again!
I rather don't like this whole method:
Including the pictures means very long saving times, and after reloading the pictures loose ther original names, will have only a number.

I did the 13s trick on my T300! It works indeed. So, I got about 600k free but my contacts and my own composed ring tones are still in there! However, every item I load seems to appear with a triple size inside or more! This is really annoying! And one more thing... i can't do anything to change the amount of money it supposed to cost the call (wich anyway is 0.00 cause I can't set the tariff-old type SIM with PIN 1 only) with the time passed for that call, on my screen! This really piss me off! Any advice? Txk!
Daca cineva cunoaste si alte smekerii pentru T300...

It's offtopic here, but at most mobile companies, it costs peanuts to change your SIM to a newer one. |
