Turning K800 into K810 |

Pardon me if this has alraedy been answered as I see many threads that might do this but I am not sure to which one I should look. I have K8oo unlocked unbranded and I am happy with the way it is working. Can it be made to be better? If better in what way? can the camera be made better and how much better will it be? Can I get track ID on it?
I am sorry for so many questions but I am not too good at understanding. Mine is CID52 |

A little suggestion: K800 is an excellent phone. Since you say you're very satisfied with it, don't mess it up by moding its firmware. You'll end up with a f*@$d-up phone, or in the best case spent tones of hours trying to recover it. Just enjoy what you already have my friend! If you want something more, buy it!

Yes I have been thinking that way. It seems such a job to mod it and there appears to be so much potential to go wrong. I am happy with the K800 and I will continue to enjoy it as it is. |

This has been discussed a lot of times.
Well yes the k800 can be flashed to k810...since both are 3g phones.but note that k790 is not a 3g phone so it cannot be flashed to k810.instead it can be flashed to k818,ie.the non 3g version of 810.
And yes in both the cases you will get the track id and the photo fix features.
But dude i advise you that its better you dont do it.track id wont work without gprs and photo fix is just something slightly different from autoleveling. There is no other features at all.and the camera drivers are the same too. If you want a better camera you still can have it with your existing k800.just arouse through this forum and you will find lots of camera drivers.i use the raiderski's camera driver there are a lot of features in it,like manual focus and all,and the picture is just great.flash that driver in...you are done...
