In my area theres alot of new build's under construction
some are nearley finished!
infact one stretch of homes which were completed start of this year haven't got any occupants, and there prectically empty..
with all the inflation going on people just don't wanna buy them,
so does this mean they maybe rented anytime soon?
if they don't get anyone buying them?
ive actually made enquirys into these properties but until ive got a job as im under training atm I doubt i'll be able to afford there ridiculous amount lol I need a home and so many are Ghost homes out here ironic if you ask me

Save up and watch the prices fall. Then, just go and buy and put it up for rent with the council. The house prices will equalise eventually so then you will have some major collateral.
We currently have a freehold house and a flat rented to the council. Rent covers the mortgage plus a bit of profit. If in an emergency, we can sell and would have a lot of cash in hand.
Many people are in debt so its time to cash in on them. Their loss is your gain, maybe they should not be so greedy. Also, think to the future and the chance that your kids can have their own homes. My Dad is doing something similar and I am so incredibly grateful for that. |
