i hate my w960i - need some O2 related advice |

My w960i is rubbish. I find it hard to use (scroll wheel in wrong place), the wifi never works, the e-mail function keeps playing up and the software is generally glitchy and fiddly to use. Basically i have had the phone for about 6 months (have a year left on my contract) and am totally unsatisfied with it.
I have noticed that O2 have stopped listing the phone on their web-site. Does anyone know if this means that they no longer sell it?? I pay the monthly insurance to O2 at present. If i was to loose my phone, or it was to break beyond repair, does anyone know what phone i would be offered as a replacement by O2 (my bills are about £60 a month and i have been a customer for 4 years). Really i want a blackberry or maybe a 3g iphone (i need a good e-mail function and decent maps software for work). Am i likely to be able to get either of these as a replacement?
Any help would be much appreciated

i think it is unlikely o2 would offer you the iphone or a black berry if you lost your w960i.
If the phone has issues why don`t you send it back to be repaired and sell it, there seems to be a market for these handsets here on esato and on ebay
