Is it locked or branded? The picture of the back looks like its the plum version, is that right?

Don't want to spoil this thread but the N95 on Ebay is sold as faulty, so either this phone is faulty, or the phone on the pics is not the phone on sale here.
As seller says the phone is in "full working order", he's probably only "borrowed" the pics, but pics in an ad should show the phone actually being sold in this ad and not "some" phone.

the phone in the pictures is identical to mine with all the same accesories and branding, my camera is broken so i had to find a picture to diplay on my thread that best reflected the item i was selling
it is in full working order
unlocked but branded on back
