I get to the point where I am ready to flash my phone with total multiserver and I press the "c" button and insert the cable. But the laptop tries to install the SEMC driver, I have the disc inserted but it cannot find the driver software and then I get a message about compatibility issues. I am using Vista.

I have also noticed that the cable listed to use is a DCU-60, and the cable I got with my K810i is a DCU-65.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

Have downloaded the file and unzipped it. But can't do anything with it, as windows says it can't open it, as it doesn't have any file associations.

Or do the folowing:

- Connect your phone (turned off) while holding "c" on it.
- Quickly go to Device Manager in Windows and find the USB Flash device that hasn't got driver installed
- Right click on it, then go to Update Driver.
- Folow the Update driver wizard and when it asks for driver location, browse for the driver you downloaded from the above link...

Then it should work.

P.S. I installed my flash driver for K800 on Windows Vista like this, but I see no reason why it won't work with XP too.

Was using hubbys laptop. Tried it on my own laptop, I know that drivers are installed on that. Go through the sequence of taking out the battery, replacing, pressing C and plugging in cable and nothing happens at all!

Totalmultiserver

have used them before. I am using Vista.

Have submitted a support ticket. If I can't get it sorted, there will be one credit up for grabs in the market section.
