hey guys,
i recently debranded my three phone. I've re-downloaded and configured all settings such as planet three (equivalent of voda live or optus zoo) and mms, but very often my phone refuses to connect to the internet saying please contact service provider for help and just today i was replying to a txt message when it said cannot reply please configure settings!
a phone restart fixed the problems but i was just wondering if there was an easier way and whether this is a common problem with debranding. thx alot.
PS i have w910i on RA035 APAC_ANZ and i live in Australia.
and sometimes it'll also read inactive sim, and again i have restart my phone to fix the problem! |

One of my friend in UK had the same problem with W910i, where the phone all of a sudden started showing inactive sim.
Regarding the Internet , after flashing the settings are wiped off so you will have to configure the settings once again.
Did you try a master Reset?
