Hello
A few months ago I brought a Sony C902, I thought it was a great phone until it started restarting by its self after 2 weeks of buying it. I sent it back to Sony and they changed the software on it. It came back and worked for 6 weeks solid no problems at all and out of the blue started restarting again by its self. I have now sent it back to them again to see what they can do this time. I know 02 can't comment on this as the work was not done by them, but I was wondering if anybody else on here has had these problems with theirs and if so what do they suggest I do to fix it?
I would be very grateful for any advice that anyone can offer me on how to fix this problem. |

The one I've uploaded is original unedited from SEUS after it upgraded my phone to R3EA038. Copied it right after flashing

Ok, can you offer any adivce on how to fix this problem? As I have a phone taht is unasble and this is the second time it has been sent back to Sony for repair. What would you suggest I do if it comes back with the sames faults the second time ask for a replacement? |

At work so can't read through the thread so apologies if this has been mentioned.
Just got C902 and when I go into my inbox/sent items, it displays the messages in a horribble way, it shows the name/number and the first line of the message. I want it so it just shows the name as its much neater but I can't find an option for me to change it? You could on previous SE's, certainly the K850 anyway. |

Just downloaded the latest firmware and now I can't download Opera Mini Web Browser, what the hell??!!!!
I NEED that browser!!!!!
EDIT - The firmware update hasn't fixed the message thing I mentioned in my above post. Why have they taken that option out of this phone? It looks absolutely terrible when your messages are listed showing the first line of text. Its a million times better when its just the contact name/number!

I`ve seen many posts about the firmware version R3EF001 and that it is available only in Israel and that many of you have tried to get it but could not.
Well, that`s because it has been released in Israel but only for certain operators and not as generic version.
Try cda 1213-9062 (Cellcom) and you should be able to get it through SEUS.
* BUT *
As I said, this is a customized version (Cellcom) and will contain some customized features (theme, applications, etc.) and flash menus are BLOCKED.
