should i buy a new w810? |

hi!!! my w810 is broken but i can't find a better phone than it.
so i've decided to buy a new w810. i find one in ebay but i don't know if that's a good idea.
w890 is similar but w810 rulezzz 4ever! ... mmm but it's kinda old 
wiil I have problems? i mean the main disavantages of buying an old mobile phone

W810 is too old I will say too... If I were you I would go for the W960 as you think that the W890 is not good enough. W960 is the real successor of the W810 as it is smartphone and much better than W810.

Yes, W810 is old. dont u want a latest platform or something more speedy than EDGE?

Well OK W890 is new platform walkman phone, I know it has nothing to do with W810, although I mentioned it... Anyway the W960 is good choice imo whatever successor it is it doesn't mind at all

Depending on your budget, i would say that you check out a model with a higher resolution screen. W810 is still brilliant, but 320x240 looks better than 176x220
You might wanna consider other manufacturers? Check out Nokia N73, should be a bargain now that it is also an older phone, but has awesome camera and a huge screen..!
Also, if you go for SE, make sure walkman player does not have the "Walkman Hiss ®" You know, SE is known for crippling products with f/w updates and forcing you to buy newer models. Thay never did anything about the hissing problem, showing how arrogant and ignorant they can be towards their customers. I love w810, but i detest the company. |

I know that there are acoustics patches and stuff out there, but i don't know if they actually fix the hissing. It's not the hissing i'm mad at, it is the way SE abandons unhappy customers. Ask them and they say they haven't heard of such a problem! They received no complaints! What a bullcr*p..
