I am thinking of buying this headset from an online shop... Can anybody tell of this is original, and will it be compatible with fast port phones like my w200 or z550...

Hi,
Judging by the compatible models, it seems this is an Old Ericsson style port - and will not work with your W200i.
As well, judging from the packaging - its a third party handsfree - so no, again - its not original...
You can find Original Sony Ericsson headsets in most stores, at good prices now - I'd recommend that.
