Not yet, I think the UIQ modding thing is still pretty much in it's infancy. The mods in terms of better applications have been ports from other UIQ phones (eg. Walkman3), and as the only ones with a better camera app than the P1 are the G-seiries, I guess this is the best we can hope for. Just don't hope for a miraculous upgrade in resolution as this is limited by the hardware 
Before you ask, no I've no idea as to if/when this might happen....
