im trying to flash my phone and i read that i need the exact same firmware thats on my phone to flash it but i cant find it any where can any one please help me find the right firmware many thanks.

why do exactly the same?
ppl usually look for generic firmwares(because they want to get rid of the operator's branding).
try SEUS(Sony Ericsson Update Service) for the w810: http://www.sonyericsson.com/c[....]ate_Service_Setup-2.8.5.12.exe

i heard SEUS changes your CID to 52?
but any way i can just put a firmware from like the W900 in to my w810?
but i need the same

you cant do that. both phones arent compatible.
SEUS does upgrade some phones to CID53 and not CID52.

W810 cannot be upgraded to CID53... Using SEUS it will upgrade it to CID50

reason im flashing is that i want flash menu's on my phone and idk how to.
my friend flashd his w660i to a w900i and it looked cool but i cant do that?
but what phones are compatible to w810i |

Well, the W810 has flash menus already... You need only to open the phone's Filesystem (FS) and upload some new flash themes. Flashing the whole phone is not required...
Here is tutorial for preparing the flash themes for all phones supporting flash:

And you cannot convert the W810 to any other model... There is no other software compatible with your phone... Only the W810's...

befor i have done anything to my phone becaus you sayd the phone needs to suport flash and idk if mine does.

and what is the benefit of doing this? becaus this wil update to CID50 right so what new things do i get or can i do with my phone when i do this? |

Let's make things clear... You asked how to flash your phone first, so we told you that SEUS is one option, but it will update your phone to CID50... Then you told us that you need to flash your phone to apply new flash menus... Well flashing is not required to do that... You need to add the new flash menus to your phone... And that's done bu folowing the 2 tutorials I gave you

im doing the Flash Menu Tutorial for all phones right now becaus the other tut looks to complicated.
