Well, here it is anyway:
1) Add a supported phone to iSync via "Add Device..." or "Bluetooth Setup Assistant".
2) Click the "Sync Devices" button
3) There is no Step 3

sadly some of the latest SE phones are not supported by iSync

Pretty much all of the latest Sony Ericsson phones are supported by iSync

Don't hold your breath for Apple to add support for new phones. They haven't done it for ages, and now have their own phone they want people to buy.
