As far as you know, when it was branded, (or maybe it still is) what had your network operator removed from your phone?
I had T-Mobile
1.Play Now
2.Those SE links in the file system
3.The friends thing in messages
4.Update Service
5.That cool SE logo that swirls around at the start
I'll write more when i remember.

The annoying buzzing from the faulty speaker.
Vodafone 12 month warranty is worth its weight in gold.

Do other networks replace the internet item with their own service (like web 'n' walk,) or is it just T-Mobile? |

Three Aus:
play now
start up screen
ability to use internet!!!
selecting GSM/UMTS!!!
Flash Themes
even my right soft key!!
new firmwares (obviously)
debranding brought my phone back to life and me a new music player
PS i personally like the three icons better though

Vodafone usually replaces the activity menu button, luckily nothing has been taken away from me

Vodafone only did that on a few A100 phones. Not all. They can't on the newer A200 phones because there's a dedicated button for it.
Vodafone also add the Vodafone live! link to the right softkey on the standby screen.
They take away Play Now.
They take away the ability to update your firmware via the phone.
They take away easy access to the normal web browser, so its difficult to get onto the web without going through the Vodafone live! homepage first.
They take away the nice icons and replace them with uglier (but not too bad now) icons. Every single icon on the phone is replaced including the battery status indicator, etc.
They replace links on the phone with Vodafone live! links, and half of those don't even work. For example, "more themes" doesn't take you to a place to buy themes, it just takes you to the Vodafone live! homepage.

my K800 is (was) vodafone branded but i debranded it as soon as i got it so i cant remember the look of the vodafone FW.
the only thing thats left from vodafone on my phone is the ugly mask with the vodafone logo an the green and red pick-up and hang-up buttons instead of wap and the activity meny buttons

Orange - Dominican Republic
-Orange logo at the start
-They change Browser homepage to Orangeworld ( but it can be changed on settings if you want)
-Flash themes blocked
I think thats all the branding they do.
