When i click connect and hold C (with my phone off)
This comes up:
When windows asked me whether i would like to find the driver for something flash, i said no.
Any help?

Check the USBFlash drivers i dont think you have installed it.
Turn off the phone, hold c holding c connect the cable to the phone and then install the drivers for it.
