Hello people, I was recomended to join this site so I get my answer from the professional probplem solvers here.
The fact of the matter about my phone is that i cant hear sound from the
phone's speaker when i'm playing music or when a call is coming. i can only hear sound with the help of the earpiece. Please help me .. |

Man, TAKE OUT earphones from your phone to talk through the speaker!

It coulbe that they mean that the speaker doesn't work at all, if this is the case, and a master reset/format/reflash doesn't help, then you'll have to take it to be fixed at a service centre. |

Or use the transfer sound feature. Comes up at least from the audio volume dialog when playing music. And when the phone call is ongoing, from the menu. |
