Can say I've noticed anything? Did he specify what kind of problem? And your topic title states C702 and C902? So what about C902 then? Any further info on this?

I haven't seen people complaining about C702 bugs or problems... It seems to be one of the most stable DB3150 platform phones... The C902 is also doing great except some minor bugs and the mediocre camera... So imho C702 is a better choice although it has lower resolution camera... It has bigger display, better contruction and also splash resistant.

i used the retail version of the C902 for over a week before i updated it.

it was very stable, no bugs noticed.

now with the latest update the cellphone is completely flawless.

never heard of any bugs with C702...as far as i know its even more stable then the c902.

@Ericssonfan:
You can see firmware version by pressing >* <<* <*
(right arrow, star, left left star, left star), then you go to Service Info, and then to software info, there you'll see it, it will be something like R3a003....

About updating: You could install and use Sony Ericsson Update Service or SEUS as it is known here, its a free program that you can download from www.sonyericsson.com. It has instructions on updating your software.... remember to backup your data before updating, just in case something goes wrong...

Good luck!!!! and let us know how it went...

On the lastest firmware all is good with the C702 apart from the camera gui still lags & it still lags when using more than 1 programme e.g opera mini & music player. Not major faults it doesn't reboot or completey freeze, the C702 only used to reboot itself on the very first firmware release.
Indeed the C702 seems to be the phone with the least software issues but it still has a couple of minor 1's.

I was just wondering, how do you update your phone, becuase i have the c902 and i don't know how to update it and do you know how to fix the camera. When i open it the screen goes blank and it just freeze's completely then it will either go back to the wallpaper or i would have to switch it off. Got any advice please (Requiring help. Help needed desperatly) . Thanks!

Did you try SEUS? Download it from the site and update your phone. It's easy
