Is it possible to install my own ringtones and themes on this locked device to Rogers? Thanks |

Sure it is,
All you need to do is to copy the files to your device's flash memory - then locate them in your file manager - and 'Set as Ringtone' etc..!

you may have a problem with mp3 ringtones as I recall that Rogers firmware requires that the mp3 have DRM (copyright protection).
Vodafone in UK used to do that too but I'm not sure if they still do.
if thats the case then you can use Sony Ericssons DRM packager to add the neccessary DRM

Sure, Voda used to do so - but a cousin in BC, Vancouver has a Rogers branded K850i, and there is no issues - thats why I assume all Rogers K850i's should be the same?
