Help, my w910 won't turn on |

It's a t-mobile w910i, suddenly it won't turn on. The battery warning thing came on yesterday, so I put it on charge, now, nothing happens when I try to turn it on. Is there a master reset thing or something I can do? |

Sounds like a bootsystem fault caused by the eprom. You need to flash the phone with Davinci or take it back to T Mobile and get them to sort it. |

Try updating your phone throufh SEUS (for free) if it can still recognize your phone... Anyway, flashing through some of the online flashing clients is the only alternative solution, but it is not free...
P.S. XS++ 3.2 will support A200 platform flashing (which includes the W910 too), but you will have to wait for it (if you want to flash your phone for free)...
If you are not sure about anything you do with the phone, just send it back where you bought it... If it is still under warranty (as it should be) they will fix it for you.

the exact thing happened to my t-mobile w910i, like the others said, all you can do is take it back to t-mobile for 2 weeks (ish) or flash it with the online clients.
sent mine off for repair, hoping that they couldn't fix it so i could have a different phone, but it came back to plague me some more. |

Put the cd that came with your phone into your
computer. You can install it off there. Its called Update Service.Your phone will be recognised but once the update gets to 90% it will fail.End result. You will have a quite attractive paperweight. Best way is to go back to T Mobile first and if they don't help you. Go to www.davinciteam.com and read how to reflash your phone with their client. |
