Dubai To Get A Moving Spinning Skyscraper
Construction of the world's first moving building, a 80-storey tower with revolving floors which give it an ever-shifting shape, is due to begin.
The Dynamic Tower, which will be built in Dubai, will feature 80 pre-fabricated apartments, spinning independently of one another........

Just saw a graphic rendition a few moments on BBC, I'm sorry but wouldn't want to live in there. The distraction it would cause and a bit of dizziness would be annoying for me. This is taking it over the top.

saw the preview at cnn this morning.. it's amazing!
just wondering that in this age of global warming, people still come up with ideas that would aggravate the situation even rather than minimize it (think of what would put this amazing into perpetual motion).. tsk tsk.. but still amazing though  |

1) ONLY Moscow have signed up to this
2) Dubai and Doha are both considering this
3) Dubai has issued a formal retraction from news agencies since no sources were verified and Dubai is not committed.
