Is there any way I can know whether my friend's mobile is on call or not? with calling
is there any software to find it out?
Just like Ping-SMS is there any way I can know whether a mobile is on call or not without calling?

one service provider in my country send a message to inform the number is on call or not but its after we call the number and its not active
