W810i Camera Problem |

Hello! I recently got a W810i and the camera just doesn't work, at all.
I go to the menu then camera and it comes on and just returns to the front screen.
I also try the button on the side and it does exactly the same, instantly goes to the front screen. You might have heard of this problem before, i tried a search but no luck.
Any ideas? Thanks | |

Press >,*,<,<,*,< and go to service info, software info and see if a camdriver.dat file is present. If no upload one,if yes then probably there is something wrong with ur fw so flash ur main fw

it the unit brand new?
normally, that behavior would point to a hardware issue specifically a broken camera data cable. try to have your unit checked if flashing it won't change a thing.. hope this helps
