i'm having this message everytime i start up my fone

reason number - 9

i'm having difficulty receiving messages, i always have to restart my phone to receive messages, anybody please give me some codes for this error

Format C drive, master reset. That should solve it, if it still acts up, reflash your phone.

You could also try shutting down the phone and removing the battery for a couple of minutes to completely clear the memory before restarting.

i've got one more question

sure ur familiar with nokia phones and they have a log where you can see and check sms (outgoing and incoming) and calls right?
is there any program or codes where i could also do the same (check and see all outgoing and incoming sms and calls) in my p990i? cause when i delete it from the list, then it's really deleted. unlike in nokia's, it would stay in the log list until you clear the list.
