Something really stupid: I've had my K750i for over two years now, and the 1, 2 and 3 keys are broken, I can only move the joystick left or up, and to turn it off I have to take the battery out. All the time I've had it, I never thought to use the different white balance profiles.

Tonight, I just got back from seeing the Black Keys live, and I realised that putting it on fluorescent made the photos so much better! So I can't wait to get my C902 because either way I know I'll be getting much better photos out of it than my broken K750i.

PS. if you haven't already, check out the Black Keys. They're awesome.

I've got a 902, received today on Vodafone UK. I am seriously unimpressed with the photos, particularly as my last phone was a K850i.

My main gripes:

1) With the K850 I always found the Twilight Portrait the most useful mode (clubs and pubs etc), and I would then adjust the flash accordingly. This mode has been removed.

2) The flash (if you can call it that, SE do, but it's very weak) now only has two modes: AUTO and OFF. Everyone knows that for good photos AUTO functions are generally rubbish and this is no exception.

3) No more red laser thing. This really helped with knowing when to press the button the whole way down and also stabilised the shots. There is a slight blue glow but not as good. Then again I am colourblind...!

4) No more red eye reduction (red thing and two flashes).

The net result is poor photo quality. They may have jacked it up to 5mp but the photos from my old phone are much better.

I'm really disappointed with all of the above as well

Why can't we have the option to leave the flash on... it's allowable when you have it in video mode

Indoor shots are really bad especially with poor lighting and shots you zoom in on also

I really hope it gets fixed in a firmware upgrade but I doubt it

anyone know where to keep track of firmware updates for this phone?

actually it's quite good!

for K850i users, how does C902 compared to K850i? any suggestion? coz i have been in dilemma since K850i wasn't producing the image it was supposed to and above all, there are problems that unsolvable!

how does the keypad perform? is it good for texting? i know that W890 is best at texting IMO

Some more photos taken with my replacement C902 (flash died on the first one after a few days)... only complaint with the new one is that the navigation keys are a bit 'sticky' (up and right don't have the same 'click' as down and left have).

to compare, last photo taken with the N83:

@craggsy

Can you please post more pics (full resolution too) with daylight white balance... After seing pics on Mobile Review I had this doubt that the white balance is not accurate with c902 but your comparison actually proved it... Thanks...
