Right, just wondering something here....my mum for some reason after being on the phone to t-mobile has decided to put web & walk on my tariff so I may aswell use it? But i'm just wondering....whats the difference between the "Web & Walk" app on t-mobile branded handsets and just the normal web application?
Cheers

i use t-mobile web & walk but i've never had a t-mobile branded handset, i never knew there was a t-mobile web&walk app i think it's just a icon that links to the phones default browser, i customized my phone and put the web & walk icon on it by editing the custpack i didn't get any special app or see any special app in the t-mobile custpack, anyway opera mini 4.1 is the best mobile internet browser. |

i'm pretty sure it's just a icon that links to the default browser and nothing more. |

For phones that don't have a proper web browser, t-mobile install a branded version of opera mini (v3.0) instead of the standard browser

the t-mobile APN is general.t-mobile.com
I've never put a value in the username/password fields and it works fine.

I believe username: user and password: wap works but as I said, Ive never entered a username or password on any gprs settings I have ever used on any carrier. I've only had to use those for wap connections but if you're using web'n'walk then you're obviously not using wap
