When I click on the to icon, inside writing an sms, and then tries to get the number from my contacts, it's lags a lot. When browsing my-contacts in normal mode, it's all fine. It just lags when I acsess it from the sms menue. Anyone?

Nope, mine is just fine.Same speed. But,again,do you keep your contacts opened at all times in the background?Because if you keep closing it all the time, that's your problem right there.

The contacts are open in the background all the time.

@ iopy: Do you have System Seven installed?

No System Seven installed. I'll reset my phone, and do a new FW-update from SEUS. I'll post my results her later. I'm pretty sure it was not like this from scratch...
@ares : The phone dos not lag at all, just when accessing phone book from the "write new sms" interface. I've tried to delete my contacts and just put a few back, then all gets back to normal. So it might be that I've got ca 250 contacts that make it lag? I'll try sending my contacts to my M600 and see if the problem follows...

In my M600 the contacts menu works fine when entering it from sms menu. Have reset and updated my P1i. Bug still there, but just noticeable. So now it works great again. Reset did not do the trick, I had to flash it again.

Hi. After master reset, and flash, I did a reinstall of the backup file, and everything was normal, until I installed the Wayfinder Earth Beta again. Then it happened again. The contact menu from write sms started to lag a lot again. Tried to uninstall it but the lag still was there. Now after re flashing again the lag is almost gone.

I have almost 600 contacts and the app opens in 2-3 seconds when accessed from inside the messaging system.

I have 70 contacts and it takes 5-7s to start and scroll/search is really slow.
