When I close my phone (W910) a golden key appears on the screen on a black window and from that the buttons stop working and I have to press "Unblock and OK" everytime. How can I desable that block? Thanks.

I don't think you can do that, it automatically block keypad when you close the slider, it doesn't bother me anyway ...

it's not possible. You can use just unlock key as you close it, but wait a
second and you'll need unlock AND ok !!
