Because Virgin media are sponsoring Big Brother people on sky cannot access the live streaming at all times.
Here`s how to do it;
1. select services on the remote
2. select system setup
3. select add channels
4.change frequency to 12.480 using your number pad on remote
5. Polarize should be on V
6. Symbol rate should be 27.5
7. fec should be on 2/3
8. select find channels
9. select channel 12005 or 12010 (adds a tick)
10. press yellow to store, press select.
11. To watch press backup go to services, press other channels.
12. select 12005. You will then have access to the house 24hrs a day.
