This smartphone is a test handset used in the "M-Taiwan" project where the Taiwanese government promotes the WiMAX industry, Qisda said. The handset uses Windows Mobile 6.1 as an OS. It also supports WiMAX via SIP and VoIP networks as well as voice calls via wireless LAN.
