Just recently got a K850i. Instantly had the issue where I could not access any apps on the phone getting the "operation failed" error message. So I upgraded the firmware with KK Client to R1EA037. That sorted the problem.
However, after a week the phone starts turning off randomly, usually when I have it in my pocket. Also, is the phone supposed to turn off when opening the battery cover? And finally, I've noticed the hash key LED is really delayed when turning on and off. Is this supposed to happen? Sorry about the huge amount of questions. |

first of all the latest firmware has the issue where the phone does have random restarts.. mine does it atleast once a day. the phone doesnt switch off when u open the battery cover. it will switch off if u take off the battery. as for the light on the hash button. all phones are like that. the lights on the keypad illuminates 1 at a time. the hash button light takes longer to light up. this is normal. |

Cheers for the quick reply mate. I'm thinking the battery cover issue might be the orange clip being too far foward causing it not to hold the battery correctly. Anyway cheers for the help. |
