Is it possible-because i have a usb to infrared connection witrh my t68i now, for me to download software or something off the internet so that i can add the tetris game onto the phone which people keep tellin me came with previous versions. I know u can go from t68m to i? NE1 no?

nope, sorry. t68 doesn't support any downloadable applications, because it doesn't have java (or morphun, like the t300). the only change you can make to the software is a firmware upgrade (such as the m>i upgrade) but that won't get you any more games.

If you had the original firmware EEPROM, surely someone out there could take the code for tetris and bosh it into a t68i EEPROM. If i knew how, id have a go

That is a lot of hassle to re-program the firmware just to add a game (that you will have to write or source specifically for the T68i), you will hope your changes do not affect the rest of the firmware which is hard to tell for sure as you are unlikely to have the source code (probably working in assembler).

Finally, even if you did get it working, it's unlikely you will or can share it as most people have to go to a service centre to get a firmware upgrade. It would be easier to get a T300 or Siemens S55 etc. if you really wanted these features in a phone over having a T68i.

I was thinking doing it as a pet project kinda thing. For games and crap, i agree just buy a t300 or something. Or, you could build your t68 into a gameboy advance and voila! Mobile gaming!
