well im thinkin of windows virus... there was a virus can only transfer through usb and network.
i use a computer in skoo n copy some files to my w960, when i got home i plug it into my comp n i realized i got this stupid kavo virus n it spread it to all my other 2 comps

wish that some antivirus can clean da virus 1st in da fone....

I myself didn't install antivirus on my M600i.
from my observations, sometimes it's better off not knowing.

Yes, I believe McAfee have released a firewall and virus scan for Symbian devices, including UIQ3.
If it is to be it is up to me!

I had a similar problem and I scanned my memory card and Phone memory when I connected through USB, using AVG antivirus.

It cleared my phone of virus, and some of my previous problems also disappeared - like malfunctioning of memory card.

PS: Don't connect Phone to computers accessible to general public. Usually their antivirus is not up-to-date.

yup...virus can be transfer to our memory card or phone if we connect it to a computer that have virus.if a memory card is affected with virus and it did not being threaten after a long time,all of the document in the memory card will be corrupted.the memory card also might be unfunctionable anymore
