I've already posted over at DT's forums but I alway get better responses here.
I just purchased 50 credits to unlock an Orange w910i that I am getting tomorrow, but I need to de-brand it as well.
Does it cost more credits to de-brand a handset? If so, how would I know which firmware was the most current (does it let you choose)?

You will need 10 credits to debrand your phone.
SO that would be 10 euro more.
Regarding the firmware, you can check on their website.
