A couple of weeks ago my w960i got into a lockdown making it impossible to do anything, so i mailed Se support about it... after about 10 mins it rebooted and all was fine, until my battery just seems to have died and only lasted for 12-14h tops even though i didnt use the phone..
and so i went to the retail and got a new battery, + made an update from se.
now to my current problem, after the update my phone wants me to choose a language and so i do. then it just reboots and a new language comes up ( jumps between uk english, us english, portogues and swedish), + the battery hatch wont come of...
at this point im on the brink of just trashing my phone, and just buy anotherone even though i know my w960 is good when its not just mocking me..

Just take it back again I guess I don't hesitate to make use of the warranty if my phones are less than satisfactory.
