centre button on k850i problem |

hi im pretty new to this but have recently had a problem with my k850i....
the centre button doent work when it is pressed on the touch style screen but seems to press itself after you press another key :S i have performed a master reset but no hope... i am not sure whether this is a software problem or actually a problem with the phone..... :S please help..... |

Its not a software problem, the device has gone faulty.
Please claim your warranty to get it sorted.

Its nothing to do with firmware but with your handset itself. I guess its time for you to change your cell phone.

thanks for the replies 
just wondered.... does the warranty cover the screen and how long does the warranty cover it for as i had it about 6 months ago i think :S |

warranty covers everything on the fone, and u get a years warranty with the fone so you should be fine. they may however reapir it instead of replacing it. |
