W960i e-mail setup problem |

Hi,
I have just purchased a W960i and am having a few problems setting up e-mail, and would be grateful for any advice you kind people can provide.
Using the e-mail wizard I can get through the entire registration process up until the final step when I have to enter the security code that is entered below (to stop computers automatically registering) - all fine and good but no code is diplayed for me to enter.
Has anybody else encountered this? if so what can I do to overcome this problem.
Thanks for your help. |

Check your manual for your default security code, if you have a network branded 960 then check the documentation you got with your sim card, it should detail any default lock codes they have put on. |

@pnf1973
He is talking about the verification code which appears in the last step of the e-mail wizard, not the phone lock code.

Go to the settings of your web browser and enable pictures:
Web > More > Settings > Configuration > Tick Load pictures
Save & retry.
Btw, why don't you set up your e-mail account manually ?
Control panel > Messaging > Email accounts > More > New account
