Has anyone else encountered this creaking from the W960i chassis?

It's the battery hatchet, easy "fixed" by foldning some paper, i have two 2-3cm long 1mm think to the left and right on the battery, works nice and is a really cheap fix  |

reminds me of the nokia 8310 (6610/7250/7200 etc) series.
which nearly all had this issue, and easy fixed with small strip of paper behind it |

while those are fixes and work fairly well cos once the creaking starts again you can just get a new piece inseted if needed quickly and easily. When the phone costs that much and is meant to be top of the line you should have to do that! |

Put a battery from a P1i in and the creeking will stop and you will also gain roughly an extra 2 hours life. Also. Putting a foam strip on the battery cover the same thickness as the current one will also stop the creaking.

Personally a bigger design flaw is the silver blob on the side.
