guys please check these pics out, i definitely see a decrease in sharpness from right to left but our local service centers refuse to acknowledge this as a problem! what should i do? can i open the camera module myself and see if maybe some dust is partially blocking the lens? or is this a sensor problem?

i assure you i have steady hands and a clean lens cover. my phone is less than a month old! blurring is not obvious on close up pics but really noticeable on landscape shots.

i see this in many t650/k770 pics not as bad as that but sometimes theres blurry spots/patches i had the same problem with my k750, my k800 doesn't have this problem, i don't think it can be fixed maybe a firmware update with seus will help.

thanks for the quick reply sir but i already sent it to a service center and all they did was flash the latest firmware and it didn't solve the blurring. SE support here sucks.

you should ask them to replace the camera module.

Its an optical misalignment in the lens. Replace the camera module and/or the phone.

It's definately not dust.

Possibly grease or moisture on the lens but I'd say that if it's always been like that then it's a faulty lens. Unfortunately for SE, Nokia have an exclusive deal for mobile phone lenses with Carl Zeiss who are the only company to quality test every lens they make not just a random sample. Take it back and get a new lens or phone.
