Program hasn't even finished yet and it's already got me fuming...
What gives people the right to bash homosexuals and the like?
One line that got me...
"Do any of you know children that have been brought up in a same sex relationship?"
All the people say no, so she goes on to spout at how "sexually confused" "drug dependent" and "they quit school" kids that are brought up in same sex relationships are...
what a load of tosh, I myself and my brother were brought up in a same sex relationship, and neither of us are drug dependent, have quit school or sexually confused!! My father died when I was 9 and my brother was 3, therefore I don't remember him and my brother doesn't even know who his dad is... But not for one moment have I ever been sexually confused, Yes, I may like pink, but that doesn't make me confused at all, I may have used drugs in the past, but by no means am I dependent on them, and I definitely didn't quit school, the only reason I'm still not in education is because I wanted to get out and work, if you really must know, I'm in the top 5% of the country with my IQ, but yeah, I quit school!? GRRRRRRRRR

"How do you explain fossils then that have been carbon dated to a few million years old?"
"How can we take the carbon dating as read?"

WHY are religious people so blind to reality!? the world is not 4000 years old, and people don't choose wether or not they are homosexual, you are born that way.....
Pro-life my a*se, they are not pro-life at all, they want a Christian run state, where we all run round praying to God. If it wasn't for the shallowed views held by some Christians I might be a believer but sadly, I'm not.
As for what the whole show is about, abortion, why not just ban the whole process? if people are willing to play the game, you have to be prepared for the the consequences of your actions...

I could not agree more there are so many narrow minded and uneducated people in this world, they seriously need seeing too. If being in a same sex relationship produced more people like you then the world would be a better place and i seriously mean that and i've met your family and know for a fact there fantastic people.

its a very small group of so called 'christians' that believe most of this.... i have been going to church since birth with my family (25yrs now!), and where i do believe in God and everything that comes from him I find it hard to believe that we as christians should hate anyone who loves someone of the same sex....
The comments she made are very stupid indeed.... many creationists believe fossils are planted by god to place doubt in the mind so that christians and other religions can prove their worth and their devotion but am of the firm believment that they r there coz animals lived there lol...
I enjoy going to church and enjoy being, what i consider, a true christian who takes an active part in church and tries their hardest to live the christian values each day...
People like those on the show last night make the whole religion seem bad!

until people realise that regardless of race, sexuality, intelligence, politics and religion were all human. disappointing that in the 21st century people are still spouting the same old tired politics and primitive religious nonsense the world will never change until (if ever) humanity grows up and stop acting like a bunch of primitive savages. |

I totaly agree with the ignorance of many religous goons. Its not just Christians, in Arabia or Iran you could be hanged for being gay.
I don't belive that ANY faith can claim that their god is almighty and loving yet, these biggots preach hate against homosexuals.
I know its not all religous people, I my self am Orthodox Christian, but there are some people that need a wollop with a hard dose of reality and wake up from their medieval ignorance and views. |

See now the problem with taking small quotes form the Bilble and telling people that they should follow the whole thing is that you still miss passages like Dueteronomy 20:12 (excuse the spelling) which gives you rules for war and a nice list of races of man to wipe out. Dont see too many Christians following those rules. |

Whats with all the Christian bashing? The Quran mentions the same thing, but I don't see any one bashing the Muslims. I doubt the good muslims of this world follow that rule, just like the Christians. If they don't follow it, why bring it up?

I agree with you Reg its wrong their way of thinking. People go on about free speech and such things but they abuse it by saying evil nasty things about gays and people who dont believe in their religion and just cos we are not like them we gotta be strung up or executed. I am Irish from catholic family but i dont ram it down peoples throats or say gays should be shot and sometimes im ashamed to see how even some catholics act just cos they dont approve of something. Yes we all have things we dont like or agree with in this world but there is no reason for such nasty evil ways. Just live and let live and the same goes for any religion or belief. |

Well obviously, what i mean is the manner and environment in which someone is brought up in. Saying that it depends on the people and the values and principles that are instilled in their children. Some people, whether they are in a same sex relationship or not haven't got a clue how to bring up their offspring but that's another story in itself.
