I am trying to send email from my vodafone phone through my chello email account. I can download email fine but I can't send email. I get an email response that my email was blocked "551 mail from your IP address is currently blocked based on RBL listing". i have spoken to Vodafone and chello. Both companies blame the other. This has been going on for over 4 months now. I have spoken multiple times to both companies and I don't seem to be able to resolve the problem. the companies told me that maybe my phone is running software which is sending spam email. This is rubbish of course. Has anyone else experienced this problem and how/if did you resolve it? - Miles |
