Hello all,
A few months back i had a car crash, luckily wasn't too serious. Anyways one of the passengers in the car got injured (slight whiplash) and i heard from a friend that the passenger may claim compensation. I was wondering if anyone knew how this would affect me if at all?

they ll affectively claim damages from you via your insurance company. your insurance company will probably send them for an independent assessment with a doctor who will submit a report to both parties solicitors.
they will argue via letters for about a year then reach an agreement on compensation
should nt affect you to much beyond probably having to refill out forms for the insurance company again about the accident and your premium will be affected but it already will have as you ll have a claim against you anyway |
