who u need to b calling 'local' ..sounds like a gf qvga..lol
im just kiddin..
but r u talkin about mobile or computer
cuz there are some apps that let u use gprs for free calls ..local as well i thinkhh..for example fring

yeah but GPRS is even more expensive.
and yes, i saw skype, is it better than MSN messenger chat?
and what about from internet to landline?

skype is better than msn if you can get people to download skype which is easy enough
