Take the Sony Ericsson customer survey and let them know your piece |

This is in relation to the 'Sony Ericsson is going back(wards)' thread. Instead of just b!?@ing about it, we could actually do something to improve the situation, if we're not happy (which we definitely are) then we should make ourselves known. I know I have. You can do at it any Sony Ericsson support page

done, very upset with their customer service. Let's hope this makes a difference. But to be frank, don't really see much coming from it. |

Done!
Just wish they provided space for comments cause they needed to hear my views. I know they wouldn't offer that knowing the sort of responses they would get. They know very well a whole lot of people are angry with them recently.

@ems06,
in the support section on any sony ericsson site there is a contact us button where you can mail them your views.
after you have submitted your suggestions within a minute you will get a server generated automated response in your email & thereafter within a week you will get another reply & this time from a sony ericsson executive with his/her name mentioned.

Haha, not in New Zealand. I tried and received no reply ever. I think email contact thing on their NZ website is stuffed.

I'm not upset with their customer service. I'm upset with the level of their phones. They all seem to have the same design, the same features.
When I buy a new phone I like it to be something new, to have something the last phone didn't. Ok it's not always easy to find that, but it always seems to be Nokia that are on the ball these days.

Well i have alot of complaints about their phones. If enough is said they will take note and hopefully go back to how great they used to be. Their phones lately have poor build poor call quality poor music quality and the worst reliability and just nothing new. Im going to vent my complaints and hopefully one day soon i will be going back to them. |

@muhammad-oli,
now that's a shame. my sympathies, lol, one more time.
@carkitter,
lol, i don't think gola was talking about a feature/application/software.
what he has written is a proverb/saying & not referring to a battle of phone applications, lmao.
lol, you sure are funny.
